TERMS
- Each cake is designed to suit your requirements. Prices will vary depending on the amount of detail and the number of servings requested.
- To secure your booking and confirm the order, we require a 50% deposit. This fee is non-refundable or transferable.
- The remaining balance of the fee is due at least one (1) day before delivery or collection.
No cake shall be delivered or collected prior to receipt of full payment. - Fresh flowers and cake toppers are not included in the price but may be included at an additional cost.
- Collection or delivery times shall be discussed and finalised after the order is confirmed.
- We offer delivery services. Delivery fees are calculated on the basis of distance travelled from our location.
- Once orders have been collected or delivered to the customer, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused thereafter.
- Refunds and/or returns cannot be made once the order has been completed. Sales are final.
